Introduction to Zen Practice
Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, will offer a free two-part Introduction to Zen Practice mini-course. Held consecutive Mondays, May 5 & 12, 7-9 pm, these classes will consist of a combination of discussion about Zen and its place in Buddhism, some information about Compassionate Ocean Zen Center and instruction in sitting meditation.
