Welcome session for new people
Sunday, June 1, 9-11 am, Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE. Interested in Zen? Attend a welcome session for beginners. Guided meditation instruction and a Dharma talk oriented to new people will be presented. Welcome sessions provide extra orientation and are a great time to bring a friend and attend a Sunday morning program for the first time.

Fantastic Voyage Improv performs monthly at two locations in Northeast. They bring their short form comedy called UnProv to Padraigs Brewing, 945 Broadway, on the first Wednesday of each month, and to Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative, 1712 Marshall St. NE, on the third Monday of each month.
