Zen Center Open House
Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave NE, will hold an Open House on Saturday, Sept. 12, 1–3 pm. You are invited to tour the Zen Center, learn about programs, meet Guiding Teachers enjoy refreshments and attend a short introductory presentation at 2 pm.

Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, is offering a free two-part Introduction to Zen Practice mini-course. Held on consecutive Mondays, Sept. 14 & 21, 7-9 pm, these classes will consist of a combination of discussion about Zen and its place in Buddhism, some information about Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, and instruction in sitting meditation.
