Stay Strong Fitness for Active Older Adults

Mondays, through March 25, 10-11 am. $30. Aimed at people 55 and better, this class uses body weight and other fitness props to strengthen muscles, build power and improve joint mobility and stability. This six-week class is great for both those new to strength training and those looking for a cross training program to enhance their summer sports: biking, golfing, swimming, hiking, running, pickleball?
