Welcome session for new people
Sunday, June 1, 9-11 am, Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE. Interested in Zen? Attend a welcome session for beginners. Guided meditation instruction and a Dharma talk oriented to new people will be presented. Welcome sessions provide extra orientation and are a great time to bring a friend and attend a Sunday morning program for the first time.

Fantastic Voyage Improv performs monthly at two locations in Northeast.
