Play baseball with the Minneapolis Millers
The Minneapolis Youth Baseball Association (MYAB), also known as the Minneapolis Millers, is a nonprofit organization operated by volunteers passionate about teaching kids to play baseball. The Millers offers both Travel Team options for players in 2nd-9th grade and a development recreational program known as the Mini-Millers for players in 1st-4th grade. Grocery shop for seniors through Help At Your Door. Start your day off right and get some exercise while helping older adults meet their grocery needs. As a volunteer shopper you will work with a team of volunteers to fill orders at the grocery store for about 3 hours once a week or twice per month. Volunteers do not pay for groceries. The Northeast Chorale is about to begin its spring season. Rehearsals will be held at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, 1509 27th Ave.NE, 6:30-8:30 pm on Tuesdays, March 28-May 30. At the end of the spring season, concerts will be held on the evening of June 3 and the afternoon of June 4. Participation is $25 for adults and $15 for high school students. No auditions required.
