Minneapolis property owners can enter the lottery to purchase a $30 tree from the city through March 31. One entry is allowed per Minneapolis address. Those selected in the lottery will get an email in April with the date when they can order. Those who buy a tree can pick it up May 20, 21 or 22 (subject to change).
