“Jingle All The Way”
Get into the holiday spirit with Jingle All the Way, a festive favorite filmed in the Twin Cities. Starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, this comedy brings Minneapolis to life with scenes at local landmarks like Nicollet Island Pavilion, the Mall of America, Mickey’s Dining Car, and more. Puppet Art Adventures
Sunday, Dec. 14, Silverwood Park. Watch some kooky animal puppets as they stop Trasher the Trash Can from trashing nature. Performance begins promptly at 1 pm. After the show, try your hand at making an art project related to the show until 3 pm. or join a naturalist-led exploration from 1:30–2 pm. Join a naturalist for a walk along the trails. Observe seasonal changes happening across the habitats and landscapes. Bring binoculars if you have them or some will be available to borrow at the park. Drop-ins welcome. Hike departs shortly after 2 pm from in front of the visitor center. SPARK! Art and Nature for People Living with Memory Loss

Irish Dance Party
It's a month early but Minneapolis Parks and Recreation will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish Dance Party on Sunday, Feb. 15, 3-6 pm at the Nicollet Island Pavilion, 40 Power St.. Wear your favorite green and get ready to step, stomp and shuffle to the lively rhythms of traditional Irish dance. Put your puzzling skills to the test at the Graco Park Puzzle Competition. Teams will race against the clock to complete a 500-piece puzzle in this friendly but competitive event. Two competition times are available - 10 am and 2 pm, each has 10 team spots available. Teams will have 3 hours to complete the puzzle. Plant Swap Party
Graco Park, 810 Sibley St. NE, Saturday, May 30, 12-4 pm. Bring something to trade—plants, cuttings, seedlings, seeds, pots or tools—or just come by and see what you find. Use the repotting station.
