Recurring Community Wellness Walks
Adults looking to connect with nature, meet new friends and move their bodies are invited to join free Wellness Walks at Silverwood Park. Walks are held twice a month: the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10 am and the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5 pm, hosted by Amber Hanson, LN, CNS of Whole You Nutrition. Community Night & The Big Picnic
In partnership with Silverwood Park and St. Anthony Community Services, The Big Picnic will be held at Silverwood Park on Wednesday , July 22 from 6-8 pm.
