Polka time at Murzyn Hall
The Midwest Polka Association (MPA) invites the community to enjoy an afternoon of listening and dancing to polkas and waltzes at Murzyn Hall, 530 Mill St. NE, Sunday, Sept. 24, 1-5 pm. A study of all things lunar: from her immutable cycles and their effects to the plants and creatures who bask in her light. Printmaker Emily Gray Koehler will host a group exhibition, welcoming the work of seven women artists as they join her in exploring lunar creativity. The annual Historic Riverfront 5K run/walk will take place on Saturday, Oct. 7, 9 am.
