The Northeast Community Band will perform its winter concert at Mercy Vineyard Church, 752 Harding Street NE, on Thursday, March 28. Selections include "Mars" from Gustav Holst's "The Planets," "Irish Tune from County Derry" by Percy Grainger and "A Simple Song" from Leonard Berstein's "Mass." Director Tim Martin will bring the baton down at 7 p.m.
