Juneteenth Minnesota 2022: West Broadway Block Party
This event focuses on Black economic development, specifically the creation and sustainability of Black Owned Businesses in Minnesota and solving socio-economic problems such as police brutality, mental illness, and the decline of home and business ownership. The Celebrate Northeast Parade is back, Tuesday, June 21, 6:30-9 pm. The parade will run south on Central Avenue between 27th and 18th Avenues NE. More than 100 entrants participate in the parade, a combination of neighborhood organizations, businesses, nonprofits, local schools, marching bands, politicians, entertainers and Shriners.
