Zen Center Open Houses

Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, invites the broader community to either of two open houses: Friday, Nov. 14, 7-9 pm, or Saturday, Nov. 15, 1-3 pm. Tour the Zen Center, mingle with members of the sangha, enjoy light refreshments and attend a brief presentation from guiding teachers on Zen and the Center’s upcoming activities. Regular programs include open meditation sessions, weekly Dharma talks, monthly retreats and quarterly Buddhist studies and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs. All are welcome.
