National Alliance on Mental Health Minnesota (NAMI MN) and Silverwood Park, 2500 County Road E, partner to offer a monthly arts-integrated support group for anyone experiencing a mental health condition. This support group is dedicated to helping participants build resilience through creative experiences and facilitated peer discussion and reflection. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 1-3 pm. For people 18+.
