A Winter Wonderland Celebration

Free clothing for children and women will resume at Elim Church Kidz Klozet and The Unlimited. First Thursdays of the month from 9-11 am at Elim Church 685 13th Ave. NE. Use the Madison St. entrance. Free classes at Compassionate Ocean
Introduction to Zen Practice Mini-Course: This is a two-class introduction to Zen meditation and related practices. The Northeast Community Band will present its holiday concert at Edison High School, 700 22nd Avenue NE, Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023. The concert will begin at 7 pm. Selections will include old chestnuts such as Leroy Anderson's "Sleigh Ride" and "Auld Lang Syne," as well as special reading of "The Night Before Christmas."
