The Northeast Chorale, a mixed-voice choir based in NE Minneapolis, will begin rehearsals for its second fall season on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Weekly rehearsals are held at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, 1509 Johnson Street NE. There will be two November concerts and one December concert. Singers in high school, college, and adults are invited to be part of the choir. The Oresteia by Aeschylus will be performed in Zoran Mojsilov's sculpture garden at 13th Ave. NE and Sibley St. on September 9-11 and 15-18, 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25, reserve at heronowtheatre.org. Sept. 12, 7:30 p.m. is "industry night" with $10 tickets available at the door. As with all Hero Now Theatre performances, the outdoor environment is part of the experience, so dress for the weather and in case of rain, dress in rain gear.
