Northeast Community Band at Como Park
The Northeast Community Band will present its end-of-the-season concert at the Como Lakeside Pavilion, 360 Lexington Pkwy. N in St. Paul, Thursday, May 30, 7 pm. The band will reprise some tunes from previous concerts this year and will feature Jack Stamp's "Pastime," a salute to baseball.

Wolf Tales is a mashup of the familiar fairy tales Peter and the Wolf, Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Little Pigs. The Minneapolis Police Band is a community band - all citizen musicians in the greater Twin Cities are welcome join. Tjärnblom, Swedish for "woodland lake flower," is a Scandinavian-style string band featuring a beautiful blend of Nyckelharpa, Octave Mandolin, Harmonium and Cello. They travel a modern "Snoose Boulevard Highway" in their musical journey, playing a repertoire of both old and new Swedish, Finnish, Minnesotan and original tunes for dancing and for listening.
