The Fringe Festival comes to Logan Park. Vox Medusa dance company and Infiammati FireCircus join forces to honor the compelling myth of Medusa's transformation from Athena's loving and devoted priestess to demonized gorgon. The next Urban Agriculture Implementation Team meeting will be Thursday, Aug. 23, 4-5:30 pm, at the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board headquarters. Discussion will focus on how to present the revised Community Garden Policy to the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board of Commissioners and recommend that it be adopted.

Boatbuilders exhibit at Stormwater Park
This summer, the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization partnered with Urban Boatbuilders and East Side Neighborhood Services on a boat-building project at its Stormwater Park and Learning Center. The public is invited to visit the exhibit through the end of September.
