Active older adult programs at Northeast Park
Northeast Park, 1509 Johnson St. NE, will be the scene of many programs for 55-plus adults this fall. Weekly ongoing drop-in programs require no registration. Truck or Treat returns for its seventh year on Saturday, Oct. 26, 1-4 pm, at Huset Park, 3965 Jefferson St. NE. Columbia Heights and its City departments will collaborate with community partners to help make the event possible. Each vehicle station will hand out candy to middle school and younger kids.
