SnowBLAST returns on Saturday, Feb. 1, 4-7 pm at Huset Park, 3965 Jefferson St. NE. Live music from Columbia Heights band Pickle. Review the concept layouts for Tyler, Jackson and Van Buren Streets, and 12th, 13th and 14th Avenues Wednesday, Feb. 19, 4:30-6:30 pm at Northeast Recreation Center, 1530 Johnson St. NE.
