Doors Open Minneapolis
Doors Open Minneapolis will be held Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18. This year, 75 venues throughout Minneapolis will be free and open for public exploration. Columbia Heights Peace Breakfast
The Columbia Heights Peace Breakfast honors leaders in nonprofits, faith communities, and elected officials dedicated to peace, cooperation, understanding, and collaboration in our community. Northeast, Waite and Windom Parks will offer introductory tennis lessons this summer for kids 6-17. Hourly lessons run Monday–Friday June 16–Aug. 1 (no classes over July 4 holiday week). The Columbia Heights Lions Club will hosting the annual Jamboree Thursday, June 26, through Sunday, June 29, at Huset Park, 3965 Jefferson St. NE. Thursday night the City Knights band will entertain. Newgate 50th Anniversary
