Shakespeare: The Play’s the Thing!
Catholic Eldercare will host a free presentation on Monday, Feb. 6, 1:30-3 p.m. at the MainStreet Lodge, 909 Main St. NE. William Shakespeare has long been regarded as one of the most significant writers in literature. Free fall prevention clinic
A free Fall Prevention Clinic will be held Friday, June 1, 1:30-3:00 at Fitness Crossroad, 2912 Pentagon Drive. All are welcome from the community. The workshop will include the discussion of risk factors of falls, learning safety tips to prevent falls, introduction to low impact fall prevention exercises to improve balance, and hands-on practice getting up from a fall.
