The Minnesota Dept. of Transportation will hold a virtual public meeting about the reconstruction of the Stone Arch Bridge Tuesday, March 19, 5:30-6:30 pm. Participants will gather around a fire to make buckthorn charcoal from buckthorn branches harvested from the banks of the Mississippi River.
