St. Anthony Sister City 40th Anniversary Brunch
The St. Anthony-Salo, Finland, Sister City Association will hold a 40th anniversary celebratory brunch on Sunday, April 27, 11:30 am-1:30 pm. The catered brunch will take at the St. Anthony Community Center, 3301 Silver Lake Rd. The cost to attend is $20. Garden Tool Swap

Hennepin County will host a community collection of hazardous wastes Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3 at the City of Minneapolis Equipment Storage Building, 1809 Washington St. NE. Bring unwanted paints, stains, varnish, aerosol cans, gasoline, antifreeze, batteries (tape terminals), pesticides and more for safe disposal, 9 am to 3 pm.
