Friday, Sept. 11, 5-10 pm.; Saturday, Sept. 12, noon-10 pm, Holy Cross Church, 1621 University Ave. NE. Live music: Friday: Backman-Carson Overdrive and Jack Brass Band; Saturday: Cynor Classic Polka Band, Dolina Polish Folk Dancers, and Popbang (’80s & ’90s) with Edison Alumni Band. Authentic Polish food (pierogi, kiełbasa, gołąbki, bigos (hunter’s stew), potato pancakes, Polish desserts. Other activities: cash bingo (Satuday, 1-3 pm), crafts, raffles, pulltabs, gift baskets, rabbit booth, mystery gifts and kids’ games Saturday afternoon, family-friendly snack bar, plus beer and wine. Free to attend; food, beverages and some activities cost money.
