Nonprofit needed for Art-A-Whirl raffle

Local Deaf artist Kaylah Vogt seeks a nonprofit sponsor for an art raffle during Art-A-Whirl. Proceeds will support her family, who are all out of work caring for her grandmother after a major stroke. Minnesota law requires raffles to be run through a nonprofit.
