Environmental Summer Camp

Through a Green Partners grant from Hennepin County, Reuse Minnesota has partnered with Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board to offer summer camp for students ages 8-13 at Beltrami Park, 1111 Summer St. NE,  July 29-Aug. 1. Campers will learn essential skills to protect our planet. Kids will discover the art of mending and sewing to extend the life of their clothes, dive into creative upcycling projects to turn old items into new treasures and explore waste reduction techniques to make eco-friendly choices. Through hands-on activities and workshops, campers will become environmental champions, ready to make a positive impact on the world.
