EMERGE, a workforce and community development nonprofit, will host two open houses Saturday, April 26, 11 am-3 pm. Second Chance Recycling, 1179 15th Ave. SE, will provide tours to show how mattresses are deconstructed and 90% of the materials sent out to become new products.
