Columbia Heights High School class of 1975 will hold its 50th reunion on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at Rail Werks Brewing Depot, 4055 Central Ave. NE., beginning at 4 pm. In 1915, 118 small independent grocers served Northeast Minneapolis. Today, only ghostly storefronts remain. On this tour of storefronts in the Windom Park neighborhood, you’ll discover forgotten histories of close-knit families, lutefisk barrels, crime sprees and tarantulas.
