Omega D.E.A.R.: Monthly children’s book reading
Join the Epsilon Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated (a Black Greek Letter Organization) for story hour at the cafe. 26th Annual Pancake* Breakfast Fundraiser for Scout Troop 132 based out of NE Minneapolis. Proceeds go to help the Ttoop with the cost of summer camp fees. Sunday, May 18, 8:30 am-12 pm, Mt. Join Friends of the Mississippi River Sunday, May 18, 9-11 am, as they pull invasive plants such as garlic mustard and dame's rocket from the woodland. As time allows, volunteers may also tend the demonstration planter boxes that provide park users examples of native prairie plantings and give people ideas of what might provide good habitat in their own neighborhoods.
