The Northeast Community Band will perform the afternoon of April 28 at the Landmark Center, 75 W Fifth Street, St. Paul. The group is participating in “Band Width,” an annual celebration of community-based bands. The lineup includes Capri Big Band, 12:30; Northeast Community Band, 1:20; South Washington Community Band, 2:10; Capital City Wind Ensemble, 3:00; Century College Concert Band, 3:50; Lex-Ham Community Band, 4:40. The event is free.
