The City of Columbia Heights celebrates its 100th Anniversary with the annual Jamboree June 23-27. On June 23, the Tasty Pizza Medallion Hunt begins. The Columbia Heights Community Art & Info Fair will be held Thursday, June 24 at Huset Park, 3965 Jefferson St. NE. An art program utilizing West African symbols that connect to the larger diaspora will be held for teens and adults 13-24. Folks will be guided through a mixed media magical manifestation for and of the community to create work to be displayed.
