Upper Harbor Terminal online open house
The City of Minneapolis Public Works Department will host an online open house Tuesday, Aug. 24, 4-6 pm to gather community feedback and provide updates on improving the public realm for the Upper Harbor Terminal project site in north Minneapolis. Improvements will include a multi-modal transportation system and public utilities to support community access to the Upper Harbor Terminal Project and the Mississippi River.
