Columbia Heights Federation of Teachers is hosting a public education roundtable on Saturday, March 7 at 1:30 pm at the Columbia Heights Public Library. All candidates for the house seat in congressional district 41B were invited to attend this roundtable to share their view on public education policy and funding. The public is welcome to attend to engage in this robust discussion surrounding the needs of Columbia Heights public schools today.

There will be a virtual informational meeting about the Neighborhoods 2020 draft guidelines, Thursday, April 2, 6-8 pm. The virtual meeting replaces the previously planned in-person meeting, which has been cancelled. . The public comment period on the guidelines runs through April 17.
