The Above the Falls Community Advisory Council (AFCAC) is a community-led organization made up of representatives from neighborhoods, businesses, and environmental organizations. Membership is open (not appointed) and everyone is welcome. AFCAC is especially looking for people from Bottineau, Columbia Park, Sheridan, and St. Anthony West.

A townhall discussion on community and race will take place 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, at Huset Park, 40th Ave NE & Jefferson St NE, Columbia Heights. Tanya Moore, Kenny Moore and Kevin Moore will moderate the discussion. Invited speakers will be residents of Columbia Heights who are Black, Indigenious, Latino and other people of color.
