The Northeaster will again coordinate publicity for the NEighbors Sale Days, also known as Northeast garage sale weekend. Recommended sale dates are Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18, with Sunday June 19 as the makeup day if either the 17th or 18th are rained out. The Minneapolis Downtown Council, along with the Intersections: The Downtown 2025 Plan Downtown Experience Committee, have announced a Request for Creativity (RFC) design competition for a creative lighting experience at the 2016 Holidazzle.
