Irish Dance at the Pavilion
MPRB's Dancing at the Pavilion series with Mactir Academy of Irish Dance on Sunday, March 23, 3-6 pm, Nicollet Island Pavilion. Doors open at 2:45 pm, with dance lessons starting at 3 pm. Passiontide Celebration of Beauty and the Arts
Saint Clement Catholic Church, 901 24th Ave. NE, will present a Passiontide Celebration of Beauty and the Arts, Saturday, April 5, 7 pm. The Ukrainian American Community Center, 301 Main St. NE, has begun its Lenten annual fish fries. For $15, you get fish, pierogies, French fries, cole slaw. Exhibit opening: “We Are Here To Stay” the California Building Story
Friday, May 2, 7-9 pm. This immersive and interactive exhibition celebrates the legacy of the California Building, from the exodus of the downtown art scene to NE Minneapolis starting in 1991. The California Building became the first factory in Northeast Minneapolis dedicated entirely to workspace for artists.
