Grocery shoppers for Help At Your Door
As a volunteer shopper you will work with a team of volunteers to fill orders at the grocery store for about three hours once a week or twice per month.

Fall Prevention Clinic
The workshop includes a discussion of risk factors of falls, learning safety tips to prevent falls, an introduction to low impact fall prevention, exercises to improve balance, and hands-on practice getting up from a fall.
