Edison High School, 700 22nd Ave. NE, is seeking volunteers to help build a community garden, which is being created in cooperation with Spark Y, an internship group.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held July 21 for a new stormwater treatment and research facility near the border of Minneapolis and St. Anthony Village. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the ribbon-cutting at 6:00 p.m. Exhibits, demonstrations, and kids' activities will be open until 7:00 p.m.
