St. Clement Catholic Church, 901, 24th Ave. NE, is having their annual "Baskets and Blanket Drawing, and Bake Sale," on Sunday, Nov. 18 at 10 am with the drawings at 1 pm. All are welcome.

St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE, is hosting their twenty-third annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, Nov. 22 following their 10 am service. The free turkey dinner with all the trimmings is served from 11 am-2:30 pm. This dinner is open to any families and individuals in need of a welcome place to spend the holiday.
