Canceled: Sauerkraut Supper at Holy Cross
Due to the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Holy Cross Catholic Church is unable to host their annual Sauerkraut Supper on Fat Tuesday. Mark your calendars for next year’s event which will fall on March 1, 2022.

Mercy Vineyard Church, 752 Harding Streeet NE, will host a free, family-friendly art opening and reception on Saturday evening, March 27, 5-8 pm, to exhibit several artists' reflections of their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. The installation includes work by more than 30 individuals of all ages from the Minneapolis-St. Paul community as well as a collection of pieces from a connected community in California. The Ukraininan Easter Egg Festival is alive and well at St. Michael's and St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 505 4th Avenue NE. Intricately decorated Easter eggs (pysanky), traditional babka bread and hand-crafted Ukrainian items will be available for sale. A takeout-only dinner of sausage, cabbage rolls and borscht will also be available. COVID guidelines will be enforced: Capacity limits, face masks, and hand sanitizer upon entering.
