A Polish celebration with organist Gail Archer
Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1621 University Ave. NE is proud to celebrate its rich cultural heritage in a concert of all Polish organ music on Saturday, March 26, 7 pm. Gail Archer, is a professor of music at Barnard College of Columbia University. Her program will feature seldom-played gems by composers such as Felix Borowski, Henryk Mikolaj Gorecki, Grazyna Bacewicz, and Mieczyslaw Surzynsk. Free admission and ample parking. Easter Craft & Bake Sale

The public is invited to attend the annual Ukrainian Easter Egg Festival at St. Michael’s & St. George’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 505 4th St. NE (in the church hall), Sunday, April 10, 11 am-2 pm. The event will feature the sale of traditional Ukrainian decorated eggs, Ukrainian Easter breads, Ukrainian hand-crafted items, and a traditional Ukrainian cabbage roll dinner (take-out only). The community Egg Hunt sponsored by Waite Park Church is making a comeback at Waite Park, 1810 34th Ave. NE, on Saturday, April 16, 10 am-12 pm. Egg hunts and activities will be available for kids nursery aged through 5th grade. Plant & Rummage Sale at CUMC
Community United Methodist Church, 950 Gould Ave. NE, will holding their Plant & Rummage Sale Thursday and Friday May 5 & 6, 9 am-5 pm and Saturday, May 7, 9 am-1 pm.
