Facilitated caregiver support group
Are you caring for a friend or family member with dementia or any lengthy illness or injury? St. Anthony Community Services will host a monthly in-person facilitated group to provide support and resources for care partners. Amy House, a trained facilitator, has designed this group for care partners of any age.
