Theater Latte Da online benefit for the arts
Theater Latté Da will have its first online benefit, Thursday, Oct. 1, at 7 pm. One hundred percent of funds raised will go directly into the hands of theater artists. The event raises crucial funds to support NEXT Up, Theater Latté Da’s intensive new works laboratory launched in May 2020. The online event is free to watch, though registration is required.

While the pandemic is preventing a traditional public unveiling of “Collection Point,” the theme of collections that influenced the piece is prompting a collecting of donated art supplies for local organizations. Saturday, Oct. 3, 11 am-3 pm, art supplies for Edison High School’s Fine Arts Department and the ROHO Collective will be collected.

Fall “open studios” are all online
Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA) is supporting the artists who would normally be holding open studio events in buildings across the area, online at shop.NEMAA.org/open-studios.
