MPD Drone Unit: How it works

Join your neighbors at 6:30 pm. Monday, Dec. 8, for the monthly Second Precinct Advisory Council (2-PAC) community meeting. Guest speaker will be Minneapolis Police Sergeant Roger Moua, who will discuss the MPD Drone Unit and answer questions. Agenda also includes a recap of recent crime statistics, community comment time, and preparations for the 42nd annual Holiday Buffet thanking on-duty first responders including Minneapolis fire, EMS, police, behavioral crisis response and 911 staff; and Hennepin County and Metro Transit public safety personnel. Each month 2-PAC brings together neighbors, businesses and representatives of the city, the Minneapolis Police Department, city attorney’s office and others involved in public safety. The Second Precinct encompasses Minneapolis neighborhoods on the east side of the Mississippi River, including northeast and southeast Minneapolis. 2PAC has been holding hybrid meetings via Zoom and in person.
