Over 400 persons attended the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train show that stopped at 37th and Stinson on Thursday, Dec. 12. The temperature was hovering at or below zero degrees but that didn’t stop the train of holiday cheer as the crowd enjoyed live performances by Tiera Kennedy and The Lone Bellow as they raised money for food banks. East Side Neighborhood Services was the beneficiary of the funds raised at the event, and also received a $10,000 check from Canadian Pacific Railway in addition to non-perishable food items brought by attendees.
