PACIM (Polish American Cultural Institute of Minnesota) will hold their annual Soup Tasting Festival Sun., Nov. 19, 11 am-3 pm, Kolbe Hall in St. John Paul II School (next to Holy Cross Church), 1630 4th St. NE. NE Minneapolis Tool Library is offering free Fix-In sessions. Each session will have a different focus with specialists on hand. Book sale at Pierre Bottineau
Friends of the Pierre Bottineau Library will hold a book sale on Saturday, Dec. 2, 10 am-2 pm at the Pierre Bottineau Library, 55 Broadway St. NE. Hundreds of adult and children's fiction and nonfiction books (most 50¢ - $1) in hardcover and paperback. They will also sell "blind date" books. Items have been withdrawn from the Hennepin County Library system or donated by the public. Funds raised will benefit the library. Cash only.
