East Side Old Timers’ 66th reunion
The "East Side Gang" will get together Thursday, Sept. 16, 6:30 pm at the Kolbe Center at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1620 4th St. NE. Tom M. Ihnot, Bernie Kunza, Mike Roff and Ron Lyke will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Tickets are $5 in advance; $6 at the door. Food and refreshments will be served.

The Anoka County Parks Department will hold a fall public firewood sale Saturdays, Sept. 18 & 25, 8 am-3 pm, at the Anoka County Parks Maintenance Facility, 1350 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, Andover. Firewood is generated from maintenance activities throughout the park system. The firewood sale helps to offset costs for natural resource management while providing a resource to area residents.
