Logan Park to host “A Matter of Balance”
East Side Neighborhood Services, Northeast Senior Services, and Logan Park are partnering to offer “A Matter of Balance,” an eight-session class for those 60 and older about exercises to improve strength and balance, and practical ways to prevent falls.
