Artists Who Teach – A PechaKucha
Learn about artists who teach at a PechaKucha Sunday, Jan. 20, 6 p.m. Art Force will host the free, open-to-public event at 1400 Van Buren St. NE.. In this fast-paced format, artists show and explain work with 20 slides in 20 seconds each. The count will take place Wednesday, Jan. 23, at sundown, and end at sunrise Thursday, Jan. 24. Locations throughout the county, including homeless shelters, city streets, and other known homeless encampments will be canvased in an attempt to interview people who are experiencing homelessness.
